By accessing or using the My Financial Cheat Code website, training materials, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Services.

The Cheat Code provides online financial clarity training, educational materials, and related content (the "Training") developed by Madio D. Lee. The Training is delivered through our platform and is intended for educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.
3. Eligibility

4. Accounts and Registration

All content, materials, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Services, including The Cheat Code®, the G.U.E.$.$. Framework, and all training content, are owned by Madio D. Lee and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You agree not to: (a) reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or resell any Training content; (b) share login credentials with unauthorized users; (c) use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services; or (e) interfere with the proper working of the Services.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Training is for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional financial, legal, or investment advice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Madio D. Lee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of [State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
