Training License Agreement
Effective Date: July 7, 2026
1. License Grant
Access to The Cheat Code Financial Clarity Training and the G.U.E.$.$. Framework (collectively, the "Training") is licensed, not sold. Upon payment of the applicable license fee and acceptance of this Agreement, Madio D. Lee grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Training for your personal or organizational educational purposes only, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
2. Individual Licenses
Individual licenses are granted for one user only. The named individual account holder is the sole authorized user. Sharing login credentials, account access, or Training content with any other person is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
3. Organizational Licenses
Organizational licenses are granted to the purchasing entity for internal use by the number of users specified at the time of purchase. Organizational licenses are non-transferable between individuals or entities. Any transfer, sublicense, or reassignment without prior written consent is prohibited.
4. Restrictions on Use
You may not reproduce, distribute, record, copy, resell, or create derivative works from the Training without prior written permission from Madio D. Lee. This includes, but is not limited to, downloading, screen recording, transcribing, republishing, or adapting any Training materials for public or commercial use.
5. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Unauthorized sharing of login credentials with any third party is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination of your license and access to the Training, without refund or prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All content within the Training, including The Cheat Code®, the G.U.E.$.$. Framework, videos, text, graphics, exercises, and methodology, is the exclusive property of Madio D. Lee. All content is protected by U.S. copyright law and international copyright treaties. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any ownership rights in the Training or its underlying intellectual property.
7. Term and Termination
This license is effective upon acceptance and continues for the access period specified in your purchase. For paid individual enrollments, that period is one (1) year beginning the day you first open the Training. For complimentary or coupon-based enrollments, that period is thirty (30) days beginning the day you first open the Training. Administrative and test accounts may have different durations set by the licensor. Either party may terminate this Agreement for material breach. Upon termination or expiration, all rights granted herein immediately cease, and you must cease all use of the Training materials.
8. Disclaimer
The Training is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Madio D. Lee makes no representations or warranties regarding specific financial outcomes. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of [State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Madio D. Lee regarding the Training and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings. By accessing the Training, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this License Agreement.
